Madelaine Petsch was born in Port Orchard, Washington August 18, 1994, but she was raised in South Africa until she was eighteen before moving back to the USA.
After graduating from the Tacoma School of the Arts, Petsch moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. In 2014, at the age of 20, Petsch landed a national advertising campaign for Coca-Cola.
Two years later, Petsch was cast as Cheryl Blossom in CW’s “Riverdale,” an eery, supernatural crime series based on the popular Archie Comics.
Petsch has also starred in several movies, some of which she had a hand in producing, namely Cooper Karl’s 2020 thriller, “Sightless,” and the 2022 psychological drama “Jane,” and the eagerly awaited third film in “The Strangers” series.
Chamley-Watson made history as the first black man and the first American to win a fencing championship and no less than eleven Pan-American titles.
With her frail porcelain beauty, Petch looks much younger than her years and frequently plays teens, but she is an adult, mature woman, as her dating history reveals.

Aaron Carter
She dated singer and producer Aaron Carter back in 2014, and she had such an impact that four years later, he wrote a song about her, “Seattle Tide.” He revealed in 2018:
“She was working at Republic of Pie. [I] saw her with her little red curls and I asked her out on a date. I was very gentleman-like with her. We dated for five or six months, something like that.”
Carter’s revelation that he’d dated Petsch and that she’d inspired his 2018 song didn’t sit well with the actress’ then-boyfriend, Travis Mills. Petsch didn’t react to Carter’s revelation, but Mills did.
Carter shared screenshots of DM Mills sent him on Instagram in which he asked the musician to stop using Petsch’s name and implied that he was using her fame to promote his album. He wrote:
“Yo Aaron. I’m only gonna write you one time so please pay attention. Stop using Madelaine’s name in ANY interviews or press you are doing. She has nothing to do with promoting your album.”
The singer, who started his musical career at age seven, was once a teen idol who opened for the Backstreet Boys. Carter also tried his hand at acting; curiously enough, one of his roles was in the 1996 series, “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” which is also based on Archie Comics.
Travis Mills
The man who lept to Petsch’s defense, Travis Mills, is a musician and an actor. The couple met after she won her role as Cheryl Blossom in “Riverdale.”
Mills had auditioned for the role of Jughead Jones. The part went to Cole Sprouse, but Mills DM’s Petsch congratulated her, and the two started talking.
The chats turned romantic, and the couple dated for three years. They broke up in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic that tested many relationships. The actress confessed:
“My mental health was at an all-time low. Every day was definitely a challenge and therapy was absolutely key for me to keep sane.”
The actress had kept the end of the relationship private and deleted photos of herself and Mills from her social media accounts. On the other hand, Mills spoke glowingly of Petsch and had nothing but praise for his ex-girlfriend. He wrote on Instagram:
“I’m so incredibly grateful to have shared the last [three] years with someone as compassionate, smart, and wonderful as Madelaine.”
Travis Mills’ musical style is a unique blend of singing and rapping that got him a record deal with Columbia Records in 2011 and won him a 2012 MTV Woodie Award nomination for Best New Artist.
In 2016, Mills broke into acting in the comedy series “Flaked” as a recurring character, Stefan. Since then, he has guested on several TV shows, including “Alone Together” and “Good Girls,” and was a commentator at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.

Miles Chamley-Watson was born in London on December 3, 1989. Of British-Jamaican descent, Chamley-Watson moved to the US with his parents when he was eight, and it was in New York that he discovered his passion for fencing.
Chamley-Watson is credited with modernizing the sport and igniting the audience’s fascination with the centuries-old art. He has two Olympic bronze medals to his credit, won the World Championship twice, and has a fencing move named after him.
Chamley-Watson made history as the first black man and the first American to win a fencing championship and no less than eleven Pan-American titles.
Chamley-Watson and Petsch have been very discreet, and of late, there have been no sightings of the couple, leading some to doubt that the relationship is ongoing.
Of course, it may mean that Petsch wants to keep her love life private. Chamley-Watson is rumored to have moved to Vancouver, where “Riverdale” is filmed to be closer to Petsch.
